-Act as the main retail contact for assigned stores on performance, operations, promotions, and improvement opportunities.

[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç]
•7+ years of experience in retail, fashion, premium, or luxury industry.
•3+ years of multi-store, area management, or equivalent retail leadership experience preferred.
•Strong knowledge of the Korean department store and retail environment.
•Proven ability to drive sales performance, KPI improvement, operational excellence, and team development.
•Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
•Fluent Korean and business-level English preferred; multinational company experience is a plus.
•Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and willingness to travel regularly for store visits.
