Job Description

  • Develop dealer training strategies in sales and after-sales service (non-technical) areas to drive improved market share, retention, profitability and customer experience.
  • Plan and manage effective dealer training programs aligned with key stakeholders (including sales, after-sales, brand and CX) and ensure dealer engagement.
  • Define standard retail processes based on corporate/brand guidelines to improve retail business efficiency and customer experience throughout sales.
  • Plan and execute brand/product training programs for dealers to ensure brand credibility, product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing to secure high quality external services from Training Agency.
  • Coaches internal/external resources along with dealer in-house trainer organization.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team as a brand/product champion within the organization.
  • Planning and operation of dealer awards ceremony and training-related events



Qualifications

    • Experience of LMS (Learning Management System) will be highly preferred
    • Bachelor's degree in business, training or IT
    • 1~3 years of automotive industry experience (Training, Sales, Marketing)
    • English communication skills

  • Comprehensive understanding of the automotive industry, products, mobility, and retail business
  • IT skills for use by training system administrators
  • Team leadership and professional communication skills.
  • Microsoft office Skill
