We are looking for Logistics Coordinator

Key responsibilities:

-      Manage machine export operations to overseas markets.

-      Manage shipment capacity planning and allocation.

-      Manage Export/ Import Transportation Materials  to Support CKD Export & Overseas procurement.

-      Manage Logistics related warehouse management, and others.

-      Manage relationships with external logistics partners including carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers.

-      Manage invoicing and other logistics-related financial matters.

-      KPI management (Lead time, Delivery precision, Cost, Pipe line inventory and others)

-      Utilize Volvo logistics systems (A4D, ShipIT, ATLAS, LES, Qlik Sense, SAP, etc.)

-      Handle cargo insurance and claims.

-      Support TTI Logistics’ global logistics operations.

[자격요건]

경력 : 3년 이상 관련직무 경력자 (대리~과장급)

학력 : 대학교 졸

근무지역 : 경남 창원

Competencies and Qualifications:

-       Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

-       Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in the construction equipment industry, a related industry, international trade, logistics, or supply chain management.

-       Understanding of the excavator business is preferred.

-       Fluent in spoken and written Korean & English.

-       Customer-oriented mindset

-       Good understanding of the Order-to-Delivery (OTD) process in a multinational environment.

-       Strong negotiation skills

-       Excellent collaboration and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

-       Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to establish strategies and targets.

-       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-       High level of integrity, accountability, and responsibility.

-       Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and AI tools.

-       No restrictions on overseas business travel.
